Surfacing Department - Surfacing Gang and/or Surfacing Operatives
At RK Bell Group, we believe in providing great customer service and building long-term relationships. We, therefore, place great importance on finding individuals that are skilled, reliable and the right fit for our existing team.

We mainly work within the South West area, Bristol and South Wales. We are currently looking for skilled operatives who are capable of working in a machines lay gang but also capable of hand lay when required.
​
So If you have previous experience within the road surfacing industry, hold a valid CSCS or CPCS card (competent operator card preferred) and are a team player, we are interested in hearing from you.

Civil's Department - Civil Operatives

Our busy Civil's department is always on the lookout for experienced and reliable individuals, who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering quality service. If you are a team player and have a "can-do attitude", we would very much like to hear from you.

​Please note: This role will involve candidates undergoing DBS Check, Safety Critical Medical Check and Drug & Alcohol testing.
